    5-way Strat Wiring Question...

If the above is yes, then it's simply this:

    5-way Strat Wiring Question...

Sure, but your first post only says "found it." Are we talking about an SSS Stratocaster?

    5-way Strat Wiring Question...

Be aware that the electrons don't know where they're supposed to go. In other words, if your tone control was only connected to the middle, and you select M+N, the tone control will still affect the neck pup.

If I ever were a rockstar

That's the one I like. I almost bought the one with the case, certificate, signed pups, and the mismatched knobs. Then I realized, I could could get the same one, without the bling, for half the price. I did. It's the one I put my P-Rails set into. I still haven't wired that sucker up yet. :(

I see an HSH in my future. :p

New used strat w/ Seymour Duncans - nonworking - repair and ID help needed.

Yup. I know who "Fonzy" was. Just the typo through me off. Here's a simple way to help understand series / split / parallel. Works the same for a pickup.

    HSH Guitars

Dang. Now I'm wanting an HSH. If I had one, I'd probably do a mag flip on the neck, so it would be hum-cancelling with the bridge when split to inner coils. Also, I'd use a neck pup in the middle so it would also be hum-cancelling when used with the neck or bridge stud coils. Then I'd use a...

Do you own a B.C.Rich Guitar? What do you like about it

OMG! You had hair! :D Since we're doing a thread revival, I still have both of mine. Both imports. One is a Pearlescent Warlock NJ (Nagoka Japan) series, and the other is a cheaper Warlock Bronze series. Internet pic on the bronze, but mine is identical. Both still have original pickups...

Please help me wire out my tone control

I forgot to mention: if you remove the tone control, you may find the guitar to be too bright. Even on "10", a tone control still has some affect. If this turns out to be the case, just connect a 500k resistor, and your old cap in series, and solder them either across the output jack terminals...

    Seeking Delay >> Reverb Pedal....

The old-ish Yamaha Magicstomp MKII fills this bill also. (Mono-in / stereo-out.) Yamaha has always been known for their great reverb algorithms. While it is a multi-effect, you can configure the front three buttons for anything. So just configure two of them for Delay >> Reverb. I love mine. Be...

Be that as it may, I never miss an opportunity to show off the the (then) Custom Shop El Diablo that I snagged from Masta' C. In my Schecter Blackjack. Love it. (Dang. I need to put the knob on the 3-way before I post this pic again.)

Please help me wire out my tone control

A tone control, (consisting of pot & cap), only has two connections: ground and the hot point where it's connected. Just remove it. Remove the red wire. Then take any grounds on the tone pot, and simply reconnect them to the ground lug, (sleeve), of the output jack.

Question about loading pickups with resistors

I think Rod Elliot would somewhat agree. Potentiometers (Scroll down to "Changing the Law of a Pot.")

Question about loading pickups with resistors

Yes. Freefrog is correct. I wasn't thinking. :(

    Am I wiring backwards?

Yes. You have it exactly correct. Here's a quik-'n-dirty alternate view.
