it's an australian wind instrument. There are two parts to playing it:
1) use your lips like you would on a tuba - it creates a drone (my didge produces a C# drone note)
2) at the same time, create sounds with your throat as if you're screaming or speaking produces all the really cool sounds associated with a didgeridoo including the "dingo barking" the "Cane toad", "kangaroo hop" and more...
