Questions about recording and posting clips online

If all i have is my guitar and amp, what else do i need to record my riffs and put them online? Preferibly w/not a lot of expense. I'm not a big gear-head so if you can explain step-by-step, that'd be excellent, if you don't mind. Or if there is a good website w/that info, post that too. Thanks

What kind of guitar is this?

I looked on the Fender website and couldn't find it. The TC90 Thinline is the closest resemblence and thats not it. Looks like it says 'Stratocaster' on the headstock but i know it ain't no strat.

    Wanna learn some Hendrix.......

Can you guys recommend me some beginner-level Hendrix songs that would be good for me to start learning? I'm not a total beginner, been playing for several months and still have a LOT to learn and most of Hendrix's stuff looks pretty hard. Thanks for any recommendations.

new 'SD' pickups in '05 Ibanez models

I can't remember if it was on here or somewhere else, but i could have sworn i read somewhere that Ibanez and SD developed a 'special' pickup for some of the new Ibanez models, specifically the 'S' series. They were 'copycats'(for lack of a better word) of the 59 and the JB. I'm wondering b/c...

    PICS of new axe

Got my Ibanez sz320 in today and i'm pretty stoked, although there is a little something that put me off which i'll get to in a minute. This thing is awesome. I haven't fully experimented with the tone and all that yet but so far it sounds pretty good even on my sucky Line6 spider II(which i...

    Why is it recommended to.......

Why is it recommended to change only 1 string at a time instead of taking them all off? I thought I read or someone told me once that its not good for the neck, intonation, etc, etc.. to take all of the strings off at once. Is this true? If so why is that? I ask b/c i'm about to sell a...

Hey Metallica fans, need help with a song.....

Sad But True. This songs seems easy as hell, but i just can't seem to get that part in the main riff with the 3 pull offs in a row to sound good. It sounds more like individual notes i'm hitting instead of making it all flow together if ya know what i mean. Any tips on helping me out with...
