    Two Humbuckers with 4 switches?

Re: Two Humbuckers with 4 switches? I might be joining the topic quite late but with what I call "Super Seven Switching" you can get a LOT of coil choices; series parallel; in phase out of phase. If you are curious, the entire web page is located here: http://www.1728.org/guitar6.htm

Epiphone Les Paul, Whole Lotta Humbuckers and Jimmy Page wiring

Re: Epiphone Les Paul, Whole Lotta Humbuckers and Jimmy Page wiring Here's my own diagram of the Jimmy Page wiring It has one dead spot - if it is set for "series" then the pickup switch in the neck position will produce no sound at all. The entire article is located...

Re: Bartolini Jazz Neck , too Rounded for me, I Need more Treble...!!! How about wiring the neck pickup with a series/parallel switch? Series will sound exactly the way it is sounding now and parallel would be a brighter sound. And the Bartolini wire colors are: Black Red White Green

    Split HB diagram

Re: Split HB diagram Well I figured that I should draw a graphic to make the wiring as clear as possible. As far as the sound it would not have that inside out, "out of phase" sound but it would be thinner than the sound of a conventional humbucker. Basically, the coils are in parallel...

    Newbie humbucker wiring question

Re: Newbie humbucker wiring question Hi Thunk, Your diagram 1 is similar to my diagram 1. As you said, it is the typical way in which humbuckers are wired. (Both coils wired in series.) Your diagram 2 is drawn with coil 4 reversed. Here the coils are in series but out of phase. This is a...

    Humbucker wire colors.

I'm trying to make my own website page for pickup wire colors. Just about every "pickup wire color" web page has an error on it ... perhaps even Seymour Duncan's. pickup wire colors It seems to me that the diagram for the Lawrence pickup has the wrong polariy. I think black and green...

Buying just a wah pedal circuit.

My wah pedal just gave up working a few days ago. I've checked all connections etc and so I think it is a bad component that's to blame. The pedal is just fine. Is it possible (at a reasonable price) to buy just the circuit board (with components)?

    Buying Alnico Magnets for P-90's

Are there any suppliers of Alnico magnets for P-90 pickups and are all P-90 magnets one standard size? By that I mean, could I just remove the ceramic magnets from any P-90 pickup and replace these with Alnico ones with no problems in terms of size?

    Does P-90 have a RWRP option ?

If Seymour sells a P-90 with an RWRP option, then using a regular P-90 with an RWRP P-90 would have a humbucking effect. Does Seymour Duncan offer this option?
