.022uF 400v Paper In Oil Capacitors for Humbuckers

Here's a really inexpensive way to improve your guitar circuit and tone. Made for the Russian military in the 1980s, these caps have all the smoothness and tone of the old Sprague Bumblebees, but were made to +/-10% specs instead of the usual +/-20% and because of their rugged construction, have not drifted or leaked like most of the old Sprague PIO caps from the 1950s. The dielectric is oil saturated paper, just like the Bumblebees and early Black Beauties. But instead of being sealed in plastic, these are sealed in glass with a metal body.

I have personally checked them on my B&K Precision 820 Capacitance meter and guarantee they meet tolerance specs. (Actually, most of them are within 5%.) Exact same capacitance and voltage as the original caps used on 50s Gibson Les Pauls, ES, Vs, Explorers, Juniors, Specials, etc.

I've never understood why some guys will spend $100-200 for new pups and stick them in a guitar circuit with 2 cent ceramic capacitors. Get rid of those cheap orange "tick looking" ceramic caps and replace them with real paper in oil. You'll hear the difference immediately.

$13.00 per pair shipped anywhere in the US if using Paypal.

$12.00 per pair if paying by USPS Money Order.
