Can't do a 5C8 Twin in fixed bias...you can convert it but it ruins the amp.
If you use 9 pin miniatures in a 5C8 it is more or less a 5D8 at that point and sounds different.
2 P12N's are WAY too much speaker for that amp...they are 20ish watts MAX
You don't run 2 preamp tubes per input like you are listing.
It is very clear that you don not understand the inner workings of a tube amp so I suggest that instead of sitting at a computer slapping together patchwork ideas you think would make a good amp you get out there and play some amps.
