I have been trying to find an older solid wood Marshall cab with 25w Celestions. I have a line on a 1978 slant cab with 25w, and I need how I can verify the speakers are correct. I know there are date codes, but I how can I date them or the cabinet? What else should I be looking for other than how it sounds?

Look at the speaker letter code...I forget where I saw the big list..all I know is "T" is 1985! But I bet that don't help ya any!
