Sorry, as good as the sound or the contruction might be, there's no way I could justify paying that much for an instrument.

It's insane. I would go so far as to say it's absurd.

The Price ISN'T Right. Nobody in their right mind would pay that much for it. Even rich folk wouldn't invest in that, I'd give it 15 grand at the most. 28 grand is absurd, unless that guitar is made of solid 18k Italian gold

I bet there are people that work in the PRS factory that don't make that in a year. I am sure there are private luthiers who don't make that much either.
I bet the owner thought his friends would think he's cool, though.

To me it seems like a collector's item, nothing more. In that way, it's worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay.
