3D Printed guitar building parts?

Any of you guys use 3d printed parts for guitar builds to add in manufacture?

I have a 3d printed mitre box for cutting fret slots and drill templates for inline tuners and Tele string ferrules. Anything else I should add?

I'm always dreaming of making these little flaps that close battery compartments. They tend to break or get lost.

But I don't know whether any 3D printed material has just the right flexibility for the springy tab.

Can you make a pickguard with a 3d printer?

Maybe not a full strat
But maybe a short tele style?

Give it some texture?

Seems like you could print a glow in the dark logo
Then inlay it on the headstock

I don't care for plastic on the guitar, but as a cheap prototyping tool its helpful. Perhaps I could print a guard off as a template for a wooden one

Hmmmm when you asked about 3d parts for guitar.
I got confused

Templates for routes and such are always an option

I would prefer those as Lexan or polycarbonate. Clear with centerline

But yeah , what you said 🙄

I bet a 3d printer could do a great leg rest for a Steinberger. They are like $80 for a 1x4" piece of plastic.

Nut would be interesting, but the slots are really tiny to print.
Fancy pickups rings and custom pickups adapting mounting supports another option, for example I'd use it to mount a standard tele pu on a jumbo mfd g&l cavity
