59/Custom Hybrid and Sentient togther split = monster Quacking country solo tone!!

Set up Christmas service at my Church for a brunch in the Fellowship hall running the Koa DC 127 with the Sentient/ Hybrid set middle position on the 3 way both pickups together and split. Amp is my little Mesa Boogie Subway un miced running on the clean channel and with a Boss CS3 compressor and have only a touch of reverb in the loop.
Check out this hot almost Tele like country solo tone!! LOVE this pickup combo as it covers a shocking amount of tonal ground!!

Same rig full bucker Hybrid bridge mostly here. From killer Country twang to this with a simple channel switch and flick of a couple switches with the same guitar and amp!! REALLY loving this pickup combo!!

The Sentient/Hybrid combo is the perfect pickup set. I've been able to use it with success for folk rock, country, hair metal, alt rock, and even bit of modern metal without once feeling like I was making a compromise.

Same here man. I really do feel that Duncan is missing a real opportunity on the Sentient with both having it only available as the dark poll matte finish unless you get a floor custom at an upcharge and also marketing it as a modern metal neck pickup. It's so much more and has become my favorite neck humbucker of all time.
