Solder the inside wire to the switch, and solder the outside braid to the back of the volume pot.

the cable is silver, then is a black, and then comes a silver wire, what i solder to what??, in the schematic of seymour duncan there says that one goes to the switch and one to the ground, so the inside goes to the switch (the silver one), and what goes to the ground?
