A couple of live clips

My first clips on here...:nervous: these were recorded about a month ago at a political fundraiser.

We used our state of the art recording equipment...an old casette deck and a couple of mics thrown on the stage close to the monitors.....it was a big stage or we would have mic'ed out front.

These are warts and all and isn't the best representation of our sound or performance......huge stage and difficulty hearing the other bandmates.

I used my guitar into a Blues Pro into my Blue Angel.

Re: A couple of live clips

Hey, Bungalow Bill! When I saw you posted here I thought "I've never heard him play before", so this was good.

Honky Tonk is great. I can't believe how cool the guitar sounds into a cassette player! The singer isn't great though, sorry. Bit droning, and dull sounding for me. I'm loving the rest of the band though, this is brilliant! Very nice solo. Actually the more that song goes on the more annoying the singer gets. Out of tune, kinda ruins the rest of the playing for me.

Hey Joe, again, loving the band, but man that singer is just terrible. He sounds like freakin Mr. T in this song!
Again, the solo is well played and you have a lovely tone - is that a neck pickup on that solo? Sounds fantastic.

I'm REALLY, REALLY hoping it's not you singing or this will be quite embarrassing for me. ;)

Thanks for listening. Don't be embarrassed.....The vocals on the Stones tune was my lead singer and I did the vocals on Hey Joe.....the vocals you are hearing are through overdriven stage monitors...we didn't have enough cable to mic the main vocal cabs, so while not perfect, the vocal are a lot better in person.

Hey Joe was all neck pup..good ear!

I kinda like Mr. T...I pity the fool.! LOL!!!
