I bought a set of Tele Antiquites from Lew-(that I haven't installed yet)---and started kinda looking around for strat and Les Paul replacements and in nearly all the disscussions on all the different boards they seem to end with "Of course if you really want the BEST vintage tone for (strat, tele,Les paul, whatever) get the Antiquities"----------hmnnnn!---cheers!--JIMO

Thanks! But you know, it stands to reason that the BEST would be wound by the master himself or MJ. That's the entire staff of the Duncan Custom Shop from what I understand: Seymour and MJ, with MJ winding 90% of the CS and Antiquity pickups. Lew

I was asking around and found out that, based on the sticker on the bottom of my JB, that MJ wound it. How cool is that?

Say Lew, I'm starting to Jones for some of the Antiquity action myself...! :smack:

I've got to stop reading these posts!
