Some more glamour shots. Sorry, no outdoors yet, it started snowing here again :(

Still doesn't do the flame top justice. Funny thing, I've never seen anything but bookmatched tops. This one is not even close. They gave preciesly zero f*cks :laugh2:

I don't see a seam, so that's more likely 1-piece top than someone not caring about a poor bookmatch.

No, the seam is definitely there, its just not visible in the photos. Not that it bothers me. She's a beaut anyway :)

My 750XL weighs 8lbs 10oz. It's a string through.

I currently have a Full Shred set that I am "on the fence" with. Not sure if I like or don't like the tone. Before this I had a Mayhem Distortion pair that was too thick. I'm thinking of going to a more PAF pair. I have a J50N and J50B sitting around. Or I could go to a TB5 Custom.

How do you like the Tone Zone and Air Zone pair?

So far, I'm quite happy with them. They chug nicely and clean up nicely too, though they are still VERY heavy on the low end, as they still have a fresh pair of strings on them. In my experience though, most guitars will sound very good with brand new strings. Its not until they start going dull that you truly get a sense of what it sounds like. Just my opinion. Will have to see how well they hold up if I decide to tune down.

If you want to, I can update once I've spent some more time with them.
