Accolades go out to Fender Customer Service

Too make a long story short, Fender ran a promotion on a website awhile back that said if you go play a Fender Machete amp at a dealer, they would give you a free Fender Gear Bag.
Well, I went to SatanTonio, to Sam Ash, to play the Machete, but when i got there, they didnt have a Machete. So while i was there I called Fender Customer Service, and the man I spoke with took all of the details down, asking me for number of the store and the associates I spoke with. Also gave him the managers name.
Fender took my number and said they would be in touch.
Thats been about a month ago. I had never received a call back, or anything, so I thought Fender blew me off.
Well, yesterday a package came with this nice cool gear bag from Fender!

When I die, my wife is to put the Fender logo on my gravestone.

Old-style spaghetti logo, of course.
 
Fender Customer Relations is excellent. Anytime I have emailed them to ask for info on a guitar our bass I own, they have been quick to reply and have always provided the info I requested. For example, I purchased a guitar used that had been one of a factory special run that was several years out of production. I emailed Fender the serial # and asked for info about the model. They sent me the complete detailed spec list as well as the date produced and how many were in that run.
