Not in my experience, but if you're doing any adjustments to the bridge, it's a good rule of thumb to check the intonation anyway.

Depends on how far you raise it, but if you´re just tweaking it you can usually get away without resetting the intonation. But as TO said, If you´re on the bridge anyway...
