Hey...what's up guys. Looking for some info on the Seymour actives. Most of my guitars are loaded with EMG's right now but I just bought a Dean VMNT1 and it came loaded with the Dave Mustaine Livewires. Man I REALLY love these pickups, they have an incredible crunch and warmth to them unlike the EMG's. The only issue I have is they seem to come in a set and a couple of the guitars I want to put them in just have single humbuckers. I'd hate to have to buy a set for $200 and separate them. My question is are these voiced similar to any of the other Seymour actives....Blackouts, Livewires, Metal Livewires...etc? Seems like you can buy either of those in singles. Appreciate any info you guys can provide.
