My guitar has 2 humbuckers with a 3-way switch,like a les paul but only 1 pot(volume),can I still wire a zakk wylde set in my guitar and just leave the other volume and 2 tone pots off?

yes no problem. There will be instructions for that. You may need to just tuck the tone in the cavity. It will be there but no one will see it.
