Been debating posting this at all, but I finally put in an order for some magnets a few weeks ago with Addiction-FX LLC to do some experimenting. I purchased through the store - not ebay. Placed order on 2/17, and I have not received magnets. Have sent a few emails, and have not received a response. Called 888 number, but it's a fax line. Sent a fax.

Does anyone who regularly deals with them have any advice?

Weird. I've bought a couple magnets from him and one just a couple weeks ago and got them very quickly. That's odd.

I haven't bought any for a while, but I've never had a problem and any questions I had Dennis answered within a day or two, I always went through the bay though.

A week or two ago, I started really looking around my big steel mailbox because it really wouldn't be implausible that (depending on how they are packaged) they could get stuck somewhere and I could miss them when I grab the bills, Cosmo magazines and feminine hygiene product samples out of the box.

If you paid via Paypal, he will have to ship your magnets or Paypal will get your money back. if you didn't, you might be waiting for a while.

People can slag eBay, but they have uber customer protection.

This economy is forcing everyone to take too much work and too many orders and a lot of people's businesses are on their last leg... it's a bad recipe. I hope you get your mags ASAP.

I had something similar happen, OP, and called and talked to his daughter, Hannah.
Very nice lady.
Apparently Paypal isn't very good at notifying them when they have an order.
Once she logged in and saw it, the order arrived within days.
