but your skin looks way too good for that part... maybe staying up later & a few week-long drug and alcohol binges are in order. Or maybe start prepping the morning the day before with Bourbon and Coke for breakfast and just keeping that up until the show.

Sounds good man! I think as singers we are always too critical of our own voices. Maybe even moreso than our guitar playing.

We don't hear our voices the way that they sound to others, so when we hear our own voice on a recording, it always sounds off.

Thanks man! Honestly though, I have always loved to sing but I was hopelessly bad. I really struggled with pitch. (I could not even sing backing vocals reliably) This here is the culmination of about a year of vocal lessons. I hired a local pro vocal instructor and went for weekly lessons. Turns out I CAN sing it was just a matter of training my ear and my voice (hearing you're off and knowing what to do about it are two different things).
