Allparts guitar stuff any good?

Does anyone have experience with allparts bodies, pickups or necks? Especially there scalloped necks? How do they compare, to say warmoth?

id say just go with warmoth. allparts has good stuff when it comes to electronics, but i dont know if i would trust them with wood, thats just me though, just the fact that they do "ALL" parts means they dont focus on just one thing, whereas Warmoth is very centered on wood making and has a fantastic rating in the guitar world. go for those even if it might be a bit more expensive, its worth it.

No comparison to WArmoth, but still much better than some of the chinese 50$ knockoffs....

IMO ideal for building a guitar the caliber of a Squire Affinity strat or so....

I could well imagine that becasue the wood seems to be generally pretty good on the necks... but the fretwork is just :smack:

I've only used them to replace the pickguard on my LP, but I've heard good things overall.

The Squier Affinity strat neck i just came into is not the greatest neck as far as craftsmanship, that is for sure, but the shape does feel good in the hands... Hard to turn down a maple neck that was fully shaped and freted and finnished for near $0... The fret ends on the neck are so horribly done, but at least it has huge 6100 style frets almost....

i would of thought the All Parts stuff would be of slightly better quality then the Squier.. i never ordered All Parts stuff in the past as it can get expensive for us Canadians... I think a store in Toronto keeps a few necks and bodies from All Parts in stock=(maybe they were Mighty Mite not sure)... And i could get a Warmoth neck or body for slightly more.....

I am so pissed at Allparts, that I will never do business with them again. Let's just say that their comunication skills are somewhat lacking!

The pots, switches, and knobs on LesStrat are from Allparts. No problem.

Well, Switchcraft and CTS are the OEMs for these parts, so I would hope they´d be ok ...

BTW I was only referring to the necks and bodies specifically.... all of the rest is made by someone else anyway

I live about ten miles from Allparts. I have three strat neck from them. All of them have been rock solid. The last one I picked up a few weeks ago has some really nice birds eve too. They have a lot of nice bodies in stock at the moment.
