Alnico Pro IIs and Height Adjustments

I got my APH's put in my guitar last week and they sound amazing.
My problem is, the store that installed them completely botched setting up the height. They have the treble side up way higher than the bass side. Also, they had the volumes levelled really poorly.

Is there anyone here who have had these pickups put in a Dean Hardtail, or guitar similar to it (Les Paul or PRS is similar enough for this question)
What is a basic height for me to start adjusting my pickups at. Ive been trying for awhile now, but would like some outside input.
I find the bridge to have a really sharp treble side, so i like to keep them low, with the Low E a little higher than the high E. And the neck always sounds good, but id like to keep the volumes similar.

Also, what is a basic way to set up the pole pieces (i think thats what theyre called - the little screws in the pup)

Start at 3/32" both E sides and adjust closer from there....I normally adjust the bobbin screws into the bobbins and just adjust my overall heights cause I feel the pickup is warmer with the screws in all the way...

I use the Alnico Pro II in the neck of 3 or 4 of my guitars. I set the pups for my taste at about 5/64" I like the poles even with the cover. The necks on my guitar 10-12" radius boards.
