Amp volume issue

I have an Egnater Tweaker 15 that recently developed two volume levels - loud and no volume. It stays the same volume regardless of how high you turn the master volume. It also has a bit of hiss and crackle when you turn it down. Currently using an alternate amp in the meantime. (Also tested with another guitar, it's def the amp).

I want to get it fixed. Any ideas on what the issue may be? Thanks.

Could be the wire from the master vol pot to ground came off...cold solder joint.

its either the wiring or the volume potz...most likely the volume wiring instead of the speaker wiring though..
