I've never heard of that amp, and I couldn't find anything on the web about it either. Nothing at Harmony Central, nothing.
Is this an older amp from the 50s or 60s? If so, Ampegs from that era were more for cleans and jazzy stuff. I had a Reverbrocket II and it would slightly overdrive pegged, but worked nice with distortion pedals. Hope you like the way it sounds. Can you post some pics?

I've got a VT-120, made in the mid-90s (3-channel, 120w 1x12). I haven't played it in about 3 years because I can't find anyone that will do a rebias here for under $100. From what I remember (tubes blew within the first two months of me getting it), it had kind of a Fender-y sparkle with a not so hot high-gain channel.
