Another noob HSS pickup wiring question

First off let me apologize. I've spent a fair amount of time in niche hobby forums and I understand that new members asking the same questions repeatedly can annoy long time active community members.

I'm new to the forum. So hello , nice to meet ya, and thanks for taking the time to read what is probably your 1000th HSS wiring question.

Quarantine happened and I got bored and wanted to upgrade my MIM HSS strat. I decided on a fender cs 69 in neck and a fat 50 in the bridge. I did some basic research and saw people recommend a rwrp in the middle for hum cancelling. I did some googling find to a good humbucker pairing and settled on the SD Pearly Gates.

So now I realize this is where I did myself a disservice. I bought pickups with little thought as to overall phase and polarity. Realizing this I have done a fair bit of research on the topics and believe I have a better understanding but would like some clarity.

This would be the set up based on installing the PG coil towards the middle

Neck - CS69 S polarity
Middle - Fat50 rwrp N polarity
Bridge - SD PG N(slug)S(coil) polarity

My understanding is that for hum cancellation I need the magnetic polarity pointing towards the strings to alternate between adjacent pickups.
The neck and middle are fine due to S + N rwrp. However the middle and bridge pose a problem since the inner coil on the bridge is North and so is the middle.

This configuration also introduces potential phase issues if I choose to split the humbucker coils I think. I know that these issues can be resolved with the wiring configuration. But to solve the polarity issue between mid and bridge I either need to

A) Flip the orientation of the humbucker.
This leaves me with S N SN but the slugs are closer to the bridge which will affect tone if I choosd to split.

Or

B) Remove and flip the humbucker magnet over and reverse the polarity of the PG.
This leaves me with S N rwrp SN. With the slugs(S) on the inside coil which I think is preferred when splitting inside could with middle

I'm leaning towards B. Is this line of thinking ok? Are there any potential issues with it?

Thanks in advance for helping a noob out. I'm sure I will have other wiring questions to add to this, but my immediate concern is if I need to flip this magnet or not.

Edit above as a misspoke about position of fat50..

Re: Another noob HSS pickup wiring question

I would flip the magnet, and not worry about the split sound, which will be great. I've used an HSS setup on one guitar for years that does some unconventional things, and every time I sit down to do it, especially with pickups from different companies, I feel like I am starting over again. The middle with the slug coil is a great quacky sound.

That's what I'm aiming for. Inside slug coil with middle when split. So I need that slug coil to be S Polarity vs N the way it comes from SD. Appreciate the advice. I'm sure I'll be back soon with wiring questions or troubleshooting a problem lol

I'd love to hear how this project turns out.
