Okay so I'm just now getting back to you guys, "The old-style large format capacitors have a much more complex set of electrical properties than just a straight, constant capacitance." Yes that's what they are, first I've been having this problem for a while, so I got a multimeter with resistance settings on itut youtube has limited info on this subject. Does it have to be in a circuit to test it? any help on this would be golden also they read "SPRAGUE 0.47 MFD 100VDC Made In USA" paper in wax they are the red ones, some are white,
but They sound amazing, and I thought it was 0.047 caps that were the normal for strats? and not 0.47
