Anybody try a Dimarzio PAF Classic?

Impressions? I've just bought a new Epi LP Standard and while the stock pickups aren't too bad, I'm thinking of replacing them. What I'm looking for is to try and get the guitar to sound like a good ol' vintage LP would sound. I don't want anything too hot. I've looked through all the Duncan stuff and I'm thinking Seth, Alnico Pro II, Antiquities or something like that. But then I took a look at some of the Dimarzio stuff and I can get in a PAF Classic for much cheaper than the SD's so I'm tempted. Afterall, it's not a "real" Les Paul. FWIW, I also want to stick w/ nickel covers. Anybody have any thoughts or recommendations?
Thanks!
Greg

Oh, I forgot to mention, in regards to the PAF Classic, I was thinking neck and then going w/ something else for the bridge. Right now, I'm more focused on replacing the neck pickup first.
