Anyone have experience with Parallel Axis Humbuckers?

I'm considering switching my JB out for a Parallel axis 1 humbucker. Anyone use this pickup and have comments on it, good or bad?

Also, would it work well with the Jazz neck?

In the new issue of the Duncan newsletter, Jeremy Popoff from Lit mentions that he uses the PATB-1 Trembucker in a Fender custom shop Telecaster. I've had great results with the PATB-3 Blues Trembucker, but I've never tried the PATB-1.

Trem spaced only??

Trem spaced only??

Do they make these Parallel Axis pickups for normal-spaced guitars? It looks like it would be perfect for me, but I have a fixed bridge!

Jeremy Popoff's (from Lit) teles are hardtails, but they are only available in trembucker spacing.

One thing you can do is send in a pickup for a rewind. In fact, sending in your JB for a rewind would cost about the same as buying a brand new pickup. You'd have the same wind as the trembucker, but in a standard spaced, standard adjustable polepiece version. I emailed MJ at the Duncan custom shop a while back, she said it could be done for $75.
