Anyone heard of a company called Maya?

I found a tele buildt by a company called Maya. Anyone have any info on the company?

The guitar got a DiMarzio Twang King in the bridge and a DiMarzio PAF Classic in the neck (not original pup's by the way).
Original Bigsby trem. and brass nut, ash body and maple neck.

yup. its an asian brand that makes diff. musical instruments(guitars basses drums etc.) kinda like the "harmony" brand. the early ones i think are made in japan. the more recent ones(i don't if they're still around today) are made in taiwan. thay have good quality BTW specially the janese made ones. and also my brothers drum set is a maya.

It's more of a bang for the buck guitar, not really standing out between models in its budget. On the second hand market over here, they're priced about the same as your average second hand Epiphone. The most common model I've seen is the Les Paul so I can't comment on the Tele
