Anyone tried the MXR Custom Comp yet?

...still in my search for the 'perfect' comp pedal.

Just wondering if anyone has tried the MXR Custom Comp. Internet reviews seem positive, but I trust opinions stated here more.

sorry, never tried the custom comp. have you considered the Barber Tone Press or the Wampler Ego compressor? I'm more into subtle compression though, the Wampler does this well with the blend option on it.

Keeley makes some good comp pedals. I used to have the dyna comp which I didn't like.

Actually, don't underestimate the Duncan Double Back. Unlike most comps, it's highly tweakable, so you can dial it in for any purpose on any amp.

I've got a brand new one, still in the box for much less than new. Hit me up if you're interested. If it doesn't sell, I'll keep it since it's a good pedal. I'm just looking for an Octave pedal or something else that's interesting.
