Anyone try an A8 in a Brobucker?

I did a search but didn't find anything where someone actually did it. I'm trying to decide if I want to put a Custom 8 in my Agile Hawker, the Brobucker, or the Brobucker with the unpolished A8 I have. To start with. The Brobucker is my favorite bridge pickup and I have one in one of my Les Pauls but I have a second in a Chibson I'm pretty much not using anymore. I absolutely love the C8 but before I rip an original Brobucker apart, would like to hear some opinions.

I say start with the regular Brobucker and then see if it's missing anything. I wouldn't modify a brobucker before trying the regular version first. You may be perfectly satisfied with it as-is!

Thank you, gents. Oooooh, this is a tough one. I thought I was going to put it together for a show this weekend, but never got around to it. I may just leave the BB alone because the C5 I have in the Jesuscaster sounds good, but the C8 sounds so unbelievable in an el cheapo Jackson Rhoads, that I think I want to put the A8 magnet in the Jesuscaster and see if it elevates it from nice to unreal. Worse comes to worse, I can always just buy another A8 mag and try that in the BB. Never enough time or magnets, huh?

EDIT: And...I just bought a roughcast A8 from Addiction Fx. Can't be without a spare.
