Anyone use Boss Recorders?

I am looking at purchasing the new boss BR-600. I was wondering how the COSM amp modeling sounds and how easy the sounds are to get? This can be for any boss recorder but preferably the BR-600.

Well... my best friend has a boss recorder. It's the BR-1600CD, the top-of-the line model.

I borrowed it for about two weeks, and to be honest, i found it extremely hard to use, and it had nasty sounding guitar amp modelers\effects. Also the drum machine sounded cheap.

It's NOT worth so much money, IMO. I'd much rather get a laptop for recording.
