to tell the truth, I was playing it alot like I play guitar. I had my thumb wrapped around the neck and I was just strumming like crazy playing lead lines. I was getting a good rhythm thing going on while having some great lead stuff too.

even as big as I am, it didnt feel cramped at all to me. Kinda like playing in the higher registers of a guitar. I guess I just wasnt paying attention, or I'm such a natural that I'm able to work about it without flaw

Yep! Mandos are fun little toys once you figure out the tuning, which ain't that bad. I managed to figure out "Pork Chops Little Ditty" (?) from Primus' Pork Soda fairly easily. LOL
