APS vs VZ blues with twangbanger

Hi everybody,
I've just put a Twangbanger in my '57 RI Strat (US) with ebony fretboard, and it rocks !!!
It took the place of my old Classic stack, whitch was great, but didn't match well with the Van Zandt Blues in middle and neck position.
I've read that the APS were a great match with the twangbanger (hi Lewguitar !).
did anyone of you try both VZ Blues and APS ? what differences should I expect?

i havent tried both but i had the TB/Aps/Aps set and they worked real well together

Tb/ssl-1/ssl-1 for me. I love it.

I fear that the SSL1's could be too trebbly in my guitar... Does anybody know what are the magnets in the VZ blues made of?

cant help ya with the magnet type but i also use the aps/aps/twangbanger setup and its fantastic!!
