Are these really Seymour Duncan pickups in a $300 guitar?

Re: Are these really Seymour Duncan pickups in a $300 guitar?

There are somw great guitars made in China. It's not the country that makes it bad. 6000 series Gretsch's are made in Japan with the Electromatic line on Korea. Great guitars. If you see an American Anniversary Fender for $500, consider it a fake. If it was on craigslist, then assume a junkie has a stolen guitar.

First off, I never said the original question wasn't answered. I said I checked in to see if there was additional information about the guitar or the pickups. You made a false leap there.

Second, I have no problem with paragraphs if it's interesting and on topic for what I wanted to read. I was interested in the original topic. I'm not interested in your take on the Apple lawsuit.

Third, you have no idea what I do know or don't know about patent law, because you don't know who I am or what I have done for a living.

Lastly, you seem to think you are more interesting than you really are.

First, there was additional information. A lot of it was about international patent law. If this wasn't precisely the information you wanted and it's this upsetting to you, maybe expecting that the Internet is always there for your personal needs is not a great strategy.

Second, GREAT. Then why bring it up? Unless that's not exactly true.

Third, no I don't, and sadly you had this great opportunity to express and enlighten the community as to your knowledge of patent law, but instead you decided to get pissy with me. Ok. Was that worth it?

Fourth, telling someone what they think sorta violates the premise underlying your first three points. But I wouldn't say I think I'm more interesting that I am, but I will freely admit that I am sometimes arrogant when interacting with people who have unsupported opinions and a lazy attitude that leads them to cling to them instead of becoming informed. Yep. Arrogant. I guess. I propose my understandings and invite debate. I'd rather be that than be oblivious, opinionated, and unwilling to ever change.

Someone in this thread totally reeks of a certain argumentative ex member that just always had to have the last word. I'm not naming any names, but Yngwie jams on guitar, and I think we all know the legend of Shoguns and Brutes. I could be wrong, but I'm just sayin'.

+1 Jolly. Always on the mark.
