The Orange micro heads have company...more (tube buffered) SS 20W goodness..
that looks very awesome, I'm actually thinking of getting the 6505 whenever they get available, great price too.
some questions:
1. This doesn't seem to have a standby switch, do I still need to wait for the single tube to warm up?
2. I guess it is, but will it be loud enough to jam (eventually gig) with a band trough a 4x12?
thanks for answers and can't wait to get similiar tones to those amazing big peavey heads on a budget![]()
Funny thing is . . .
. . . Orange came out with the very 1st Toaster amp, and not soon afterwards, EVERY ONE started making 'em !
NOW, again, Orange came out with the valve-pre/SS-power Micro Amp, and now the rest of the amp world is about to follow and jump on the proverbial band wagon.
