Attenuation

So I got my Lpad
took the homemade volume box I was using in the effects loop
And swapped the potp for the pad

Had to relocate the knob
The Lpad was much larger than the pot
So it wouldn't fit the side like the pot did

Works with the Belair great
Had the amp cranked and no bleeding thru or anything

If I were you I'd save my money and spring for something better. The PS1 is tha same model as the Harley Benton Power soak but with a different exterior design. And it's pretty much rubbish. Yes, it'll attenuate but it'll also suck out all the high end of your amp. Even after compensating with the EQ it's going to sound muffled. I tried with both a big 100 w head and a small 15 w lunchbox and the result was the same.

I got one recently and it's far from "rubbish" - it works great.
