AVI to MP3 - how do I do it?

I have a 10 second AVI clip of my banplaying live. I wondered if there was any way I could convert this to MP3 so I can post this on the forum so people can hear my PGs in action.
Any help would be great!

if you have a file sharing program like kazaa or something search for "mp3 converter". if your lucky youll find one that will convert back and forth between mp3 and wav. i found one like a year ago but i have gotten rid of it since then.

Cool Edit/Adobe Audition will do it.
