I love the acoustic part! The transition between that and the heavy part was too harsh IMO. It literally scared me ... but if that's what you were going for, well done!

The guitar harmony was a bit too 80's cheeseball for my taste, but I may have to steal that tremolo effect you have going on the rhythm track

I give the acoustic part of the tune an A+, and a B overall. I want to hear more from you - you have a great ear for melody!

I really really like it! The acoustic part is very nice and the solo is great too! The harmony part was probably a bit too much for my tastes, but overall it's excellent! Nice work!

It's really hard to avoid the cheese factor these days... but yeah I might take out the harmony.
