It's a shame seeing some of the crappy guitars that get turned out under the BC Rich name these days but I still want to replace my Mockingbird and I would love a nice Eagle. My bass player has always and will always love Warlocks.

I've owned 3 in my life and would glad to own a few more.

I hate the weird dark shapes that BCrich are known for these days, but i love the superstrat riches that CC Deville used to play with in all his video clips!

I’m probably the biggest BC Rich fan (USA ONLY) on this board! That is my 99 USA Mockingbird in my Avatar and it kicks the s*** out of any “custom” Gibson or PRS. As for the imports, you get what you pay for. As for the “original” USA guitars built from 1974 to 1985, nothing out there tops them IMO.

Strange shapes and bizarre graphics are definitely a turn-off for me.

I can't imagine plugging in one of those beasts in church on Sunday (then again, maybe I can--and THAT is why I avoid them :wink: ).

The only very good-sounding BC Rich stuff I'be played was both USA made and more than 10 years old... and it was still uncomfortable as hell.

I dislike every shape they have, and I've not seen a NEW BC Rich guitar in a long time that has anything I view as a positive attribute to it. Their starter guitars, at the price point, are WAY below Squiers and the more expensive ones are not worth the money.

BC Rich = very nice guitars...

I absolutley love a BC Rich Bich. You just cant top old Dave Mustaine or Joe Perry with the BICH. These were the older quality guitars and NOT the cheaply made newer models that they started cranking out during the Hair Metal days and later.

That being said, BC Rich as a company has a big problem with branding. No one here even blinks when they say that A Fender MIA deluxe strat is great but a cheap plywould Fender Squire Strat is crap. People just innately know what is a good Fender and what is a cheap fender. BC Rich though is a diff story. Some people just think they are all crap while other know what to look for when you want the quality.
