Beware doing any wiring jobs for MetalManiac.
A couple of months ago I did a few harnesses for him, one stock tele, and 3 strats. One of the strat harnesses was stock, the other 2 had the volume in the last hole with a p/ switch for making the neck p/u on, regardless of 5 way switch position. This was what he told me he wanted, after several pm's discussing this. Today he sends me this pm:

dude, i just trieed to make heads and tails of your wiring jobs. They werre supposed to be plug and play. Two indentical 7 ways wired completely different. I get it now. Good ****in joke.Assshole.

He didn't even tell me (by pm or e-mail) this before he posted me on the bad trader forum. I have told him repeatedly that I would walk him through the wiring so he could get the guitars going. Now he is badmouthing me.

Hence the follow up pm:

well, you dont owe me nothing. You did initially offer to do the wiring for nothing. I apologise profuesely. I am an practicing alchoholic , and at tis time of day, I can and will say anything.
Other than that, I'll try one more of the wiring jobs..anyone can make a mistake. I will say one thing though..
Stay away form the space shuttle.:smack:

Just a fair warning to anyone wanting to do wiring for him.

Meh, I've wired up various guitars enough to be completely comfortable with what I'm doing. I actually look for excuses to solder/wire something up whenever I can. Always enjoyed it. But yeah...

Worked with a few "practicing alcoholics" over the years. Big part of why I quit my last band of 14 years. The jibberish and poor excuses for acting like a ________ get REAL old, REAL quick. Life is too short to put-up with that garbage...

Worked with a few "practicing alcoholics" over the years. Big part of why I quit my last band of 14 years. The jibberish and poor excuses for acting like a ________ get REAL old, REAL quick. Life is too short to put-up with that garbage...

The only garbage life is to short for is dishonest people who cant do their job, and bilk you out hard earned money like Mark Cearlock did to me, and people like you who take sides without knowing the facts.
I had given Cearlock a APHII pickup, and paid shipping both ways , as well as providing all the pots , caps, and wire top wire two 7 way harnesses and one regular harness for a Strat.

The drunk part with me apologize was a huge mistake, because, well, i was drunk, and pissed he screwed up a wiring job, but figured he just made a mistake on that one harness, till I realized later everything he had wired for me as part of the deal was botched.
Of course the guy was quick to take the apology and post it here to make me himself look like the good guy. ..Then a couple of d.bags here were quick to take his side so I got into a spat with them.

Thats it. At this point I was forced to post a rebuttal to defend myself against this harassment, otherwise I would've said nothing , except for the couple of posts replying to the fools taking sides with whats his face.
