As MetalChurch79 states above. I'm in the same boat with SrDeMaFp regarding a Warmoth Tele Neck that I purchased from a FB post listing the above parts for sale prior to them being listed in the Trading Post Thread. Have communicated with him on FB but no responses since 12/14/18. Tried to reach out again yesterday and indicated that "a refund would be the best option at this point" via FB posting on page, FB Messenger and an e-mail to the PayPal address to which I paid.

Right DeWayne, Idk what to say cause Ive dealt with him on here for a number of years with no problems but at some point you have no other recourse but to call it what it is...
I just tried again to reach him to no avail...

Is what it is. Life happens. Sometimes people get caught up in what they’re dealing with and some things become less important in their grand scheme. Just a bummer to be left without whatcha paid for in good faith with no recourse.

Some things? You mean like other peoples cash? I find it hard to believe the guy cant just send some kind of word out. I sure hope he isnt in jail, but truth is, its the only legit excuse. Hope he didnt do something stupid and his children are ok

I have no choice but to wait at this point, for my stuff or a transfer of $ back to me. **** happens to everyone, it's how you handle it. Obviously I hope he is ok....

Stratosphere parts. Sent me a neck that was more damaged than stated. They wouldn’t even consider testing it when I returned it. Got screwed for shipping and etc. Poorest customer service ever! Avoid at all costs!!!

Hey metalchurch79 were you every able to get ahold of Mike (SrDeMaFp)? Still haven't heard anything, would prefer he just send my $147 back considering it's been like 7 months lol.

Still no update from SrDeMaFp regarding the Germany OFR, brass block and Temolno purchased. Has anyone else heard from him?

In case anyone's interested or amused, Dominus has resumed posting activity on the board in the off-topic section.

I promptly called his attention to our unresolved matter. On 1/8 he stated that he would refund me for my ill-fated purchase within a relatively short amount of time. Thats was the last time I heard from him directly.

Caveat emptor.

Why? That bs, IMO. All of us have to start somewhere. Just because we haven't been playing guitar for years, yet, doesn't mean we're any less trustworthy than anyone else, as proven by this thread of multiple long-time forum members screwing people over. You can't just avoid new guys and think you'll never get screwed. That's not even logical to think that.

To anyone considering doing business with the user "Guitar-Restore" (aka: guitar.restore@yahoo.com, www.guitar-restore.com), you should seriously reconsider.

This guy is WAY too angry to be dealing with real people. It was one thing for him to join just to sell his wares, which is typically frowned upon, but his reactive attitude is borderline dangerous. In fact, I don't think it's SAFE for anyone to deal with him!

To recap, his for sale post got closed because of the way he was responding. Now he's lodging threats because he can't take self-ownership for his own (re)actions.

Instead of reporting him to the mods, which apparently would make me a "f***ing pu**y", I figured it might be better to post his message up here for EVERYONE to see.

Apparently, I'm what's wrong with the world because I suggested that he should introduce himself to the forum.

As for the "tough guy", "bullying", etc., that's just him playing the victim card out of thin air and getting himself riled up. He PM'd me to call me names and tell me what a great person I am. No one was harassing this guy. But he can't get through a sentence without insults or curse words and this is the "real" person behind that fancy guitar ad and website.

People should know they are dealing with an irrational and potentially dangerous bully before they drop $2K with you and find out the hard way.
 
I’ve already told the moderator to kiss my ass as well, just waiting on the BAN. If you’d never interjected yourself into my listing for no other reason than to start shit, none of this would be occurring. You are a sad individual with nothing better to do than harass folks behind your keyboard. Its a forum guy. You take this way too serious. Maybe you should spend more time getting out of your moms basement, and less time harassing folks you don’t know.
