when I got home I realized that the fuse cap was missing too....where can I get one of these...

If it's a stock Fender fuse holder, any Fender fuse cap from 1952 to the 1980s will work...the new ones will not. Ampwares, Angela, and a few other folks carry the old ones...if you really can't find one, let me know---I have a box of them.

That's more difficult - there are several different kinds. It's most likely a bayonette-style, where you push it in and turn it about a quarter-turn. Other caps screw in and out.

See if you can tell which kind it is just be looking and then head to Radio Shack. You'll have to buy an entire fuse holder but that's OK; if the cap doesn't fit, then you just change the whole thing.
