If the screw holes in the legs are just drilled or stripped I get a 4-40 nut for each and solder them in place.
If you put the screws through the nuts it line them up and keeps the threads clean. I file the feet and the nuts a little so there flat and have some grooves for solder to stick.
Otherwise mojotone sells baseplates that will fit and are good quality, it just won’t say Duncan on it if you try and sell it, and
You still need to solder the ground to the new baseplate, but it works great.
