Bass p'ps... would the AJJ work in a 5-string bass?

I'm reading everything I can about bass p'ups as I need to soon replace all guts in my friend's designed by Tobias bass.

Looking at the specs, this set (the Ajj-1) came on top, but it's sold as a 4-stringer... I know that some 4-string p'ups would work well in a 5-stringer anyway, so I wonder if this the case?

Please, respond; I'm getting crazy interpretating all these specs...

get a 5 string pickup. A 4 isnt going to do it for you.
