Bass Practice Amp

Re: Bass Practice Amp

I bought my son a Roland Cube 30 Bass amp for Christmas, as he's been riffing on my old Tokai Jazz Bass a lot recently. So now we have a bass and an amp between us. ;)

I am amazed by how big it sounds! Full and punchy, no farts or rattles. It's perfect for bedroom use and would also suit low volume band practices or studio work. It might even be giggable for more restrained kinds of music!

Lots of cool features - various amp models and FX (octave bass is fun), compressor, headphone/direct out, auxiliary input. Everything you could want in a small amp.

I really am VERY impressed with it. Recommended! :fing2:

Thanks for that! I would have never thought of that!

Re: Bass Practice Amp

that's pretty much for a practice rig.
you can have a good bass top for that money.
eg a gallien krueger backline 600 or Laney Richter Bass.
id buy one of these and use a small cab for practice and a killer cab
for gigs. so you don't have to buy two rigs. the practice cab would also
be an easy diy project....
just my 2 cents

Re: Bass Practice Amp

Roland makes some :cool3: amps. My dad has one of the bigger (now discontinued) amps that is REALLY nice.

I have a Hartke B30 combo.
