Basslines STC-2p circuit

I have a Fender Marcus Miller Jazz bass 4 string. I have purchased a Basslines STC-2p circuit and would like to keep all of the original controls (2 volumes, passive/active switch and active treble and active bass) and just add the preamp to the circuit. Any suggestions on how to do this?

The STC-2p has a master volume, blend, and treble / bass.

There's no active-passive switch. However, there's a schematic for adding one here.
