Im not a big fan of the Jag to begin with. visually.. Ive never played one, so could be cool to me if I had. This one... It appeals to me in that it looks VERY RARE.. With the maple and black blocks. I dont care for the gold..

You can make the gold-and-maple-fretboard combo look nice in individual photos, but under changing conditions you will quickly see the different variants of yellow bite.

I still think a Mary Kaye style Strat is really cool, but that one has little gold (no pickup covers) and the gold on the bridge is supposed to be mostly gone from playing.

TAWDRY ( flashy/showy/) Example- 'Tawdry' Jewlery- 'Loud' and of poor quality . Not that even a dozen expensive platinum chains worn by thugs cannot also be "Garish" IMO. ;

I really don't care for gold color anything...that being said, in this pic I think it looks decent because of the color/tint of the maple neck.

I could do some sexy black-velvet photography on this guitar, but you get the point.

This guitar is so ridiculous that I just decided to ball out and go gold and pearl, down to the knobs.

It's not mine, I was just struck when I saw it and figured I'd post it here. I think I feel all the adjectives in the title as well.

I bet a rosewood neck and matching headstock would tie it together a little better.
