Best pedal (no talk box) to achieve this sound?

This song is a classic. I read somewhere they used a talk box to achieve that particular funky song but I don't have a microphone to emulate the same technique. Can someone recommend me a pedal that can do something like that? Thanks in advance

Your Youtube video wouldn't load on my iPad ........but EHX Cockfight has the "talk" switch which makes the wah (if conected to an expresion pedal) sound like a talk box, it's also an icredible wah. You can hear the vocal part at minute 2 in this video:
