eyy what do you guys think is the best pup (SC or HUM, prefferably a humbucker) that is out there for under $100...anywhere from a jazzy tone to a distorted is what im looking for.

Welcome to the forum. First off, you need to be a bit more specific with what you want the pickup to do and second virtually all of the standard production pickups(SC's and HB's) are less than $100 street price no matter what the brand.
